Unless previously agreed upon/Authorized by me, any works i make for you is for your personal and non-commercial use only.you may not sell, re-sell or use it for any commercial usage in any capacityyou may not use, input or utilize my works for NFT and/or GenAi Purposesyou may display/repost the works with proper credit
I have the rights to Refuse service for any reason.No Deadlines.1No Project has more priority. i will work on them as i see fit1

What i can do
Portraits of Real or Fictional Character. (If your portrait involve real people i need to have proof -video or in other way- of them consenting for their likeness to be used in the work)
Full Illustrations of a scene , may it be a depiction of a casual scene or an action
Emotes/Stickers1

1. Specify the usage of your emote/sticker, (Printing or Digitals, and or which platform youre going to use it in)
2. There may be certain things im not willing to do, Ask First
3. Privacy while i cant guarantee, will try my best to keep.
What subject am i familiar with
Modern Military stuff, including but not limited to Military Hardware and Equipments, Military Vehicles or Installations
Mechs, Robots and Hard Surface stuff
Fantasy Stuff (Monster, Dragons and the likes)
or anything really i guess as long as im comfortable with it
- You may refer to my portofolio to see the type of subjects i have worked on, you may see pattern of things im more comfortable working with
- You may ask me of subject im not familiar with, but keep in mind that the more complex/alien it is will be added into pricing consideration
- but yeah when in doubt just ask me about it
Pricing
Price listed in the Commission Type and Pricing page are Rough Estimate.Price will be judged on a case by case basis, but the rough estimate is a place to start with.You may put forward your Budget/How much you're willing to spend with and i can consider an option accordingly.Complexity of the project Will be taken into consideration, including but not limited to :
Scene Complexity
Amount of character involved
Complexity of said character's design
the type of work involved in the project
My Familiarity with the subjects 1
Deadlines (if required)
1. for example works of a character that has complex design that id need to be studying first, or a scene involving a story im not familiar with
Price will be agreed after the initial discussion after i have enough information to judge it.IF changes were to be made/requested in that it requires a significant amount of change/effort, additional charges may be applied and i will pause the work before it is fulfilled.
Payment
Payment of the agreed upon Rates (which will be discussed) can be done in two ways,
Full upfront or 50/50 upon completion.NO Refunds1,2
1. i may issue partial refunds in the event that i am unable to complete your works for whatever reason, Progress in the project will be part of the consideration.
2. you may not get a refund if you were to cancel the commission for BS reasonings (redundancy).
such reasons may include
- you expect a vastly different finish, by commissioning you acknowledged my previous works and how it sets expectation for future works, if along the progress youve given your okay without problem you may not suddenly ask for refund just because you dont like it.
- expecting a full refund after sketch/thumbnails has been given.

Ending -> i will be sending you some of the main files on discord/email and the rest will be sent through GDrive
1. if you dont have any detailed description/plan in mind i am willing to discuss and help you with it
1.1 along the project i will be discussing things as needed, including but not limited to direction of the project, potential direction/decision that can be made
2. do not send any sort of payment unless an agreement has been made and a closure has been given
2.1 ideally do not leave any comments regarding the subjects of commission, a rough/vague idea of an art commission is enough
3.1 you may ask me to keep you updated on the progress
3.2 each progress will be made without priority from other project unless specified and agreed upon
3.3 each project are without deadlines unless specified and agreed upon, but each type of project will have its estimated time of completion in the Commission Type and Pricing Section
3.4 About Changes. any changes you may request if it is significant enough may subject you to additional charges (see Pricing)
Prices are rough baseline, and will be solidified after discussion of the project scope
